Role Description:

This Account Manager role is a Maternity Cover role. It’s a hybrid role situated at our office in Bristol, with flexibility for remote work. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll work with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure excellent standards of work are produced and delivered on time whilst maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience either in an agency setting (including account management, project management, or client services experience is preferred) or at a national charity (an individual giving, retention or acquisition manger level is preferred).
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects with ease.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing account strategies that increase revenue and grow customer relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional organisation skills.
