We’re looking for a fundraising planner who can help us go even further. Someone who’s curious, analytical and tuned into what works – ready to dig into the data, shape powerful strategies, and inspire creative that delivers real-world results.

Here’s the low-down on the role.

You’ll be supporting the Client Strategy Director, Account Director and Creative Director in developing and executing fundraising strategies.

• Conducting thorough audience, marketplace and competitor research and audits to gather insights for strategy formation.
• Working with research partners to deliver bespoke insight solutions where needed.
• Creating and presenting clear briefs and reports to inspire creative teams and inform clients.
• Measuring and analysing campaign performance, offering actionable recommendations.
• Assisting in client relationship building and agency new business development.
• Knowledge sharing with the wider Different Kettle team.

Role Requirements

• Past experience of developing fundraising strategies either in an agency or a charity marketing team.
• Knowledge of the UK NfP sector and the latest trends.
• A curious mind that looks for and learns from new information or experiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organisational skills.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings at client locations (UK-wide).
