We’re looking for an extra pair of hands this summer
At Different Kettle, we aim to redefine not-for-profit marketing, through agility, creativity and collaboration. We’re a small, ambitious team who care deeply about the work we create and the charities we work with. We’re looking for an extra pair of experienced hands this summer (over July and August) as our client work continues to grow. As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of keeping projects moving, working closely with clients, creatives and planners to deliver thoughtful, high-quality campaigns on time and on budget. You’ll help manage day-to-day relationships, coordinate activity across multiple projects and make sure the detail is looked after, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture and the client’s objectives.
With this in mind, you’ll be able to:
- Foster strong relationships with our clients
- Ensure consistent and excellent client services
- Manage projects to ensure they are delivered effectively and on time
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to bring in the right expertise at the right time and maintain a consistently high standard of work
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having proactive conversations with clients rather than relying solely on email
- Confidently present work and recommendations to clients
The requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in an agency
- Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good at multi-tasking and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
