Creative Copywriter? We’re hiring.

We’re looking for someone who can create words that work! Powerful ideas and copy that move people to action, build connection, and deliver results for our clients. With this in mind, you’ll:

  • Develop concepts and write compelling copy for campaigns across all channels.
  • Bring creativity and insight to briefs, shaping them as well as answering them.
  • Work closely with art directors, account teams and strategists to deliver integrated creative solutions.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities with strong ideas and confident presentation.
  • Keep up to date with fundraising and wider cultural trends, bringing fresh thinking into your work.

 

The requirements

  • Proven experience writing fundraising copy in an agency or charity marketing team.
  • Strong portfolio showing creativity and results across channels (DM, digital, social, film, print etc).
  • Knowledge of the UK not-for-profit sector and its audiences.
  • Excellent writing and conceptual skills – from big ideas to fine detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, with confidence in presenting and discussing work.
  • Curiosity, creativity and the drive to push ideas further.
